Kourtney covers the December issue of Cosmo UK. December is always one of my favorite months for fashion magazines! Red has to be my favorite color for a gown. Especially, red velvet. Nothing says Christmas better!

Kourtney posted pics of herself while at tea-time with her sister Khloe. These are great pics. Kourtney's style is simple yet chic. Look at those boots. They are stylish for low-heeled boots. Probably not something I'd go out of my way to buy BUT after seeing them paired with ripped up jeans and a casual sweater, I'm loving them. A great look for Kourtney with her long tresses and eyelashes.

If You Want a Body Like This, You Have to Work It Baby!

I'm seeing a lot of "Lose 10 Lbs by Tonight" articles in the magazines. Seriously.. If you're feeling less than stellar you can hide your troubled areas (somewhat), but you can't hide how you feel!

The only way to look skinnier is to GET skinnier and to do that, you have to work your body baby! So, if you've gotten behind on your workouts, start light until you can go at it hard.

Start with cardio 3 times a week, for at least 45 mins. Add in weights and power yoga when you can. Dance, walk, clean, and stay as active as you can in your off-time. When you're ready for it, work out 5-6 times a week with hard cardio. Rely on your music, not the telly, to get you through your workouts.

Watch your diet and get your rest. Drink water, green teas & metabolism boosters. Coffee cream, butter, bread, cheese & sugars all rack up unwanted weight so eliminate them. Along with all poisons like cigarettes and alcohol. And now.. it's time for my workout! Toodles 'til later.. xoxo

Kourtney was out in NYC fashioning leopard print tights with a Kardashian Kollection jumpsuit. She was asking for comments on her tights. I might do these at night with a black skirt. One of the things I love about Kourtney Kardash is that she wears a lot of different pieces from all fashion lines. From the pics of Kourtney, it appears she loves "Chinese Laundry" as it seems she has this boot in all of the colors. Khloe wears different lines too while Kimmie is mostly a Louboutin and high-streeter gal.

Leopard print trench jackets are sooo hot right now & the Kardashian's have a cutie at QVC which you can wear as a jacket or belt it up and wear it as a dress. You can see a video of Kourtney talking about prints and the jacket at the website as well. She said exactly what I've been thinking! I go off prints & then I see something in print that's really cute & I'm right back to "obsessed" all over again. What do you think of this little number?

What Are You Doing to Stay Fit This Summer?

I'm doing treadmill jogging/walking workouts as much as I can. I'm also doing these [low weight] arm exercises too. I love this girl! (There's other workouts on YouTube). I do a lot of walking and am trying to get back to doing power yoga workouts by Jillian Michaels. Love her too.

Make sure to change things up when you get bored. If you don't feel like a whole yoga routine just do the bits you feel like doing, along with your cardio workouts. Look for remixes in my [CityChick] blog so you don't grow tired of your tunes.

Read the fitness magazines for inspiration & tips like July's issue of "Shape" magazine which Kourtney Kardashian covered. Reading is also very good exercise for the mind.

Make sure you're eating lots of vegetables & getting your protein. Lastly, drink lots and lots of water... and "just dance" as much as you can.
