I'm seeing a lot of "Lose 10 Lbs by Tonight" articles in the magazines. Seriously.. If you're feeling less than stellar you can hide your troubled areas (somewhat), but you can't hide how you feel!
The only way to look skinnier is to GET skinnier and to do that, you have to work your body baby! So, if you've gotten behind on your workouts, start light until you can go at it hard.
Start with cardio 3 times a week, for at least 45 mins. Add in weights and power yoga when you can. Dance, walk, clean, and stay as active as you can in your off-time. When you're ready for it, work out 5-6 times a week with hard cardio. Rely on your music, not the telly, to get you through your workouts.
Watch your diet and get your rest. Drink water, green teas & metabolism boosters. Coffee cream, butter, bread, cheese & sugars all rack up unwanted weight so eliminate them. Along with all poisons like cigarettes and alcohol. And now.. it's time for my workout! Toodles 'til later.. xoxo
