For those wondering, I am still here! I haven't been on the blogs in the past few years. I got busy with life and a new baby who is now nearly ten. So, yeah, it's really been a while! Jennifer Lopez Awarded Fashion Icon Award at CFDA's

JLo was awarded the "Fashion Icon" award at the CFDA's. The award suggests a "natural sense of style" yet risk-taking along with a love of transformation through fashion. Bebe's latest ad campaign has arrived and it is fun and full of floral dresses, crop tops and jumpsuits. The lace, ruffles and patterns are all must-haves! That jumpsuit has caught my eye!

Gigi Hadid had a nice stint in the April issue of US Vogue magazine where she fashioned high end designs while showcasing male Broadway stars. It's a nice spread which features Gigi with curly frizzies in florals, lace and print dresses with chunky heels.

Bebe is Focusing on Online Sales

Bebe has announced that it's closing the remaining stores to focus on e-commerce sales which is good news and bad news. I think in the past the focus has been online sales with lots of online exclusives so this really isn't anything too tragic. I am just happy Bebe is still available!

It's always a good day when Victoria Beckham covers a magazine! Those issues are definitely keepers! Victoria covers the April issue of InStyle magazine right before her collection for Target will be launching in stores and online April 9th. There is a LOT going on in the business of shoes right now. Stuart Weitzman has collaborated with Walmart showcasing up to 9 (internet pages) of shoes from $7 up to $200. There are many MANY many styles to chose from including flats, wedges, heels, boots, booties.. everything you can think of including a version of the Nudist. Nicole Scherzinger stunned the red carpet at the BraVo International Music Awards show over the weekend with this Gaga-like little number. I love everything about this dress. Looks as though the shoulder has a zipper if you want to do away with the fur.

Bebe's holiday shoe collection is amazing. They've got metallics, lace, suede and leather in heels, boots, booties; everythinggg! One of my favorite picks is the "Leenah" (shown here) which is suede and snake. These could be worn with just about everything and look great too!

December is always a favorite month of mine to collect fashion magazines with all of the holiday couture. Lady Gaga covers the December issue of Harper's Bazaar where she writes an essay on the "portrait of a lady." Gaga talks about her family & new album, "Joanne" & more. Jessica Simpson Says "Clothes are Memories" in People Interview

Jessica was interviewed by People magazine where she talks about her already 4 year old daughter Maxwell. In the interview she reveals that she has a warehouse of clothes which she is keeping for her daughter. Jessica has kept her prom dresses, video outfits, and more all stashed away. She keeps pieces saying "I have a lot of memories. I keep memories. The clothes are memories.” .. I'm the same way! There's certain shoes or dresses I just can't part with for the same reason.
