Madonna Wears Mile-High McCartney Boots

Madonna was seen wearing these slick Stella McCartney thigh-high boots at a charity event in New York City last night. 


They almost look like tights which I think would look fantastic with a little black sweater dress that flares out a tiny bit.  Nothing too short.
