[Gulf News] did a write-up about celeb diets and what they're eating. I don't know how reliable this source is but maybe you can pick up tips on what to eat or NOT to eat.
Just eat sensibly and work out as often as you can and then you don't have to worry. I stay away from trending diets like the "Hollywood cookie" or "baby food" diets. You shouldn't have to do all that. If you find yourself working out and it's not working, turn up your machine for a few mins at a time, throughout your workout. Change things up. That's my advice.. & on that note, my treadmill is calling...
