Rihanna's new fragrance Reb’l Fleur which means "rebel flower" will be in stores February. Reb'l Fleur means "rebel flower" & is the nickname Rihanna's grandmother had for her. The scent is said to be combination of fruits & florals & will be in the price range of $49 for a 1.7 oz bottle.
